Color Blocking Era

As you may all know, color blocking has been a HUGE trend this summer. I have always loved it but never really wore it until this summer. Bright colors have also been very popular this summer, these bright blue pants really do make an impact where every you go. I bought them from cache and paired a bright yellow, chiffon layered shirt from Ann Taylor and a red bag. People are sometimes nervous about playing around with colors, but i say the more you experiment the better. You can basically wear these pants with anything and I usually just pair them with neutral shoes to create a clean and crisp look. Don't be afraid bright colors and don't be afraid of mixing colors. Think of it like painting, blue and yellow make green, therefore, the colors would look nice if you wear them together.
